Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• Design review of critical designs, with detailed analysis of active part and cleats and leads clearances, in order to ensure compliance with our technical standards and customer requirements

• Mechanical design optimization of must-win tenders and frame agreements, including definition of optimum tank clearances and layout

• Support on special order designs, with creation of 3D models and main documentation of welded constructions

• Perform FEM mechanical simulations to assess the strength of designs (calculations of the structure's resistance to high pressures, lifting, transport, seismic and fatigue in Ansys Mechanical or Creo Simulate) and propose mitigating solutions

• Support the engineering community, contributing to spread the knowledge across different locations

Your background:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-7 years’ experience working in Mechanical design for Distribution or Power Transformers manufacturing industry according to international standards like IEC, DIN, IEEE, EN. Candidates with higher experience also to be considered.

• Auto cad, any 3D software – Creo is considered as an advantage.

• Experience on Microsoft office and tools.

• Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.

• Demonstrated team building and networking skills, would be a preference.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
