Job Description:
- Build, operate, and maintain the CI/CD tool chain, in particular Azure DevOps, to achieve reliable and stable releases.
- Create and maintain installation packages(msi, exe) using WiX technology
- Constantly removing any manual CM processes and establish fully automated Configuration Management, Build & Release Management, and Continuous Integrations.
- Installs and configures configuration management (CM) tools/software.
- Monitors and tunes the installations as appropriate.
- Performs any required data migration and configuration management tasks.
- Develops tools/utilities/scripts to assist in CM tasks.
- Develop and document the continuous deployment build and release process.
- Learn, evaluates & recommends new technologies and automation opportunities.
- Smoke testing builds for accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot build and release issues.
- Interact with various global product teams to meet their specific needs.
- Advice development teams on SW configuration management/branching and test automation strategies.
